“Stayed for a couple if nights last week...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 June 2010

Stayed for a couple if nights last week. Great location with plenty of parking. Room was large and had lots of character with a lovely balcony. As with other reviews only book if you don't want a good nights sleep. I go out a fair bit till the early hours BUT the very loud bar on the ground floor was beyond me. They played some great music, it's just a shame it was 4am when I got to sleep.

“A small cosy hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 February 2010

The hotel room was clean. The bathroom was ok. Heating was good enough. In the city centre and so easy to find everything you need around. Good breakfast.

“Small, friendly well located”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 November 2009

We stayed for one night in the Apia and was a lovely little little hotel. Friendly staff and great location the centre of the old town. Short walk to attractions/sights and nice bars and restaurants nearby. However this is not a hotel at the weekend for those who like an early night. Theres a busy bar on the ground floor and it goes till very late at night and attracts students who smoke out the front of the bar/hotel.

“Most recommended - a real gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 October 2009

I stayed at the Apia hotel during Sep 23 - Oct 7, 2009. This hotel is a real gem. It's a small place with 12 rooms, in the heart of the Old Town, but when inside it feels really quiet, cozy, peaceful and secure. My room (Nr 12) was probably the smallest in the hotel (compared to other rooms I peeked into), but it still had more than enough space for a couple (although I was alone). There was a large twin bed, two nightstands, a table, two chairs and a closet. Bathroom was also ok, plenty of towels, soap etc. Breakfast is quite basic, but still was fine for me - cereals, yogurt, coldcuts, cheese, some vegetables. You can also order eggs/pancakes.
I must mention that there is a bar downstairs, but when in my room I usually couldn't hear any noise. On the weekends you can hear some music from there. If you are concerned about noise, ask for a room on the 3rd floor (mine was), facing the inner yard.
During my stay, the heat was not on yet, and it was rather cold, so they gave me an extra blanket, and it was fine then.
In the rooms you have free wireless internet and a phone, which you can use for free for local calls (at least I was not charged for using it).
All in all, I really recommend this hotel. It has a perfect location, good prices and is a great stay.

“great location for young, sleepless people”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 September 2009

If you travel to Vilnius not only for the city, you can enjoy night life even from your room! The bar at first floor has an excellent stereo equiqment, you feel the bass in your stomach! When the bar closes around 5 am you'll have the option to speak for another hour to the patrons while they are in front of your hotel.
You can easely waive breakfast - you won't lose a chance.
