I've stayed in this hotel for business and have nothing but great words for it. The location is just great - in the old town and within a walking distance from everything you'd need. Rooms are lovely and cosy, not much space but enaugh. It's really quiet in the hotel, no disturbance or noise from the street. The breakfast was delicious! Not a common buffee but morning menu with freshly cooked food just for you. Just great :)

I have been staying at this hotel at least 5 times, it never disappointed me. Great location, nice rooms, attentive staff. Good breakfest. Very charming!

Stayed here 4 times on business trips and service is first class. My colleague and I were involved in a road accident on one of our visits and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible as we recovered from our injuries. Food menue is a little limited but what is there, is usually very well cooked (the soups are excellent). Bedrooms are spacious and well furnished with king size beds............and free wifi throughout the hotel. What really separates this hotel from all the others I have stayed at in Vilnius is the quality of customer care displayed, in particular the reception staff (all male!) who are multi-lingual and obviously extremely well trained.........equally the bar and restaurant staff are always very welcoming. Strongly recommended.

Based on various positive reviews I was looking forward to this short stay, and it was a shame I could only be there for one night.
The room was superb, quaint and fantastically quiet.
I arranged a transfer from the airport with the hotel, which worked out really well as I did not have that much local currency on me and the cost was added to the overall bill. Upon a late arrival at the hotel, the restaurant was still open, which allowed me to enjoy a really lovely meal from a very interesting menu. Breakfast was equally as nice.
The staff was pleasant, helpful and willing to make your stay as nice a possible. I recommended this lovely hotel to others already, and hope to be back in Vilnius again before too long!
