I found this hotel very good. Just a bridge divides the hotel from the city center, it is just 15 minutes by walk from the Cathedral square. The room are comfortable and clean with a big bathroom. The breakfast in the morning is awesome, cereals, yogurt, milk, cakes, but also pancakes, eggs, bacon, beans and so on. We also enjoyed the wellness center with a small but well furnished gym, a small swimmingpool and a big sauna for at least 6 people (50 lt for 1 hour, 14 euros).

We had a very nice event last week in the Hotel Best Western Vilnius. The staff was brilliant – friendly and professional. The hotel felt cozy and looked totally nice. What is more, we had to accommodate our guests coming from Finland. Everybody is happy about the room and cleanliness as well as the quality of the breakfast. Hotel is extremely close to the old town, so location is perfect for Vilnius tourists. We do recommend this hotel! Definitely!

Even though I had a short stay at The Best Western Vilnius, I have to say that it has been one of the most memorable one I have had. The efficient service, friendly staff, pleasant interior and of course perfect location. Definitely would recommend this hotel, by far one of the few that would go way beyond your expectations!!! The hotel is located cca 15 minutes drive from the airport and is very close to two shopping centers. It is a close walk to the city center (depending on your walking speed 15-20minutes).

The hotel itself was refurbished some 15-20 years ago and at that time it might have been a 4star hotel.

You can not say anything bad about the hotel but it is not for a romantic weekend with your loved one.
The lobby area has no touch at all. Receptionists are nice and smiley but overloaded with work when quests make check-in and check-out at the same time (1 person in the reception).

Elevators - small elevators for 4 people
Rooms: depressing "wooden" brown (old Soviet brown) colored furniture on 6th floor, the room is equipped with a fridge tought but no coffee machine or water heater. Once the room is refurbished the TV goes directly to the museum.
The windows are not soundproof so you can hear all noise from the street.

Bathroom: the bathroom needs a renovation immediatelly! the bathtub has a curtain which is not hygenic at all especially in a hotel where hundreds of people using the bathroom yearly.

Breakfast: rather poor then good and again having the feeling I was taken back in time 15-20 years.

So if you need to have a place to lay your head down to sleep and you get a good price this might be your hotel for 2-3 days as it is close to the city and shopping area anmd the staff is nice.

If you look for something which has a touch and you are staying a bit longer in order not to get depressed find something else.
