Nothing really to complain about. Rooms are clean, reception is friendly staff. Prices are OK. The bar that is mixed with the restaurant serves what you want... But. Missing a soul may be ? that little thing that makes sometimes the difference between a regular and a great hotel ? Look by yourself.

Have just returned from a 3 day meeting in Vilnius and would definitly recommend teh Amberton hotel there. Located right in the centre but without the usual noise factor to worry about. Staff are excellent and nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent and good value too.

Stayed at this hotel on a corporate deal for 1 night in October 2010.

Location is fantastic, close to everything one would really want to see in Vilnius. Everything is within a 10 minute walk, really.

It is also relatively close to the train station if arriving from Kaunas, therefore the taxi journey should only cost a few pounds.

The hotel itself is not super modern, but the room sizes were big, the furniture and decor is slightly dated but the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was nice and had the necessary amenities. There were also the usual glasses, bottles of water etc included in the room. We also had a nice view outside.

The staff was particularly helpful, although they did seem to lack knowledge of the surrounding area, especially when it came to bars and restaurants. Use them to book taxis as they have a preferred supplier with fixed rates etc.

There is wifi in the hotel but it was somewhat intermittent. I used it for my Iphone for the usual things so can't comment on how reliable it would be on a laptop for business etc etc.

There is an italian restaurant within the hotel but I found the prices to be very high for Lithuania and there are plenty places nearby which are much cheaper.

I'd highly recommend Bistro 18, which is not far from the hotel. Food is amazing, reasonably priced, although the staff did struggle when it got busy; nevertheless a highly recommended hotel.

I was booked into the Amberton by my hosts who invited me to a conference in Vilnius.Good location, room spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable, excellent free internet connectivity. Reception friendly and efficient and evening meal and breakfast very good. Staff in the restaurant very friendly and took time to speak to me. My first choice when I return to Vilnius
