“Great hotel for a reasonable price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

The room had no lift but it wasn't a problem as hotel had only few floors. The room was amazing, huge windows, big TV, good bathroom - basically much more than you expect in a 3 star hotel, we personally would rate it as at least 4 star. The Jacuzzi was available free of charge and it was a good size and very enjoyable.Breakfast was brilliant, nothing to complain about.

“Nice and friendly hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 September 2011

I am staying here every time visiting Palanga. Hotel is in a good condition, very clean, free wi-fi, free parking. Restaurant is good and has very reasonable prices. Staff is polite. I didn't really see something negative to write about. I would advise to take a duplex room on a top floor, they are really cool. That's all. Enjoy your stay, greetings from Amsterdam!

We stayed in hotel kerpe for a two days and me and my husband had a horrible experience we never ever had in our life we never thought that it could happened anywhere in the world. Those two days was our honeymoon days, when we arrived into hotel staff was really nice to us we get the best room in a hotel and etc.but in the morrning of the next day we were suprised by running water from roof straith in to our bed and it wasnt stopping as outside was raining in a minute we call reception to tell them this and to do something about this but everything what they did gave us an answer that normally it doesnt happen and thats it!!!we wait for a while but it was quiet no one came or call to check how we are,so we call them again to ask if someone can change sheets at least and will they do something cos the water was still licking straith in to our bed!the answer was that now they cant fix the roof cos its rainning and there is no point to change sheets because they will get wet again!!!it was just unbelieveble!!!then we asked for a director to come and to give us money back cos we want to leave hotel and then it started.......

“Loved the Kerpe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 July 2008

We stayed at the Kerpe Hotel for 1 week and had a wonderful time there. It is a 3* hotel and definitaly lives up to this rating and more.
All the staff are very friendly and the receptionists speak english. The hotel was spotlessly clean & the chambermaid surprised us by creating a towel display on our bed on two occasions. The breakfast was good and varied, juice, cereal, salads & a small hot display that included eggs, pasta, pancakes & sausage etc.
The hotel is very central, close to the pedestrianised street that leads to a beautifuf beach . The hotel is in a quiet location so noise was never a problem. There was no entertainment in the hotel during our stay & all bars in Palanga closed at midnight. There maybe late night clubs but we were not looking for them.
The whole area is full of tall trees, its like a holiday resort thrown into a forest. The trees and the beautiful unspoiled beaches makes it a wonderful place to visit. Be warned that you pay for the hotel when you check in. We paid 50% for a deposit & the remainder when we checked in.

  • Liked — location & cleanliness
  • Disliked — Room was small but that was what we paid for. no tea or coffee making facilities
