Stayed here 2 times. Generally, it's a quite nice hotel, which has probably the best possible location in Klaipeda. Here you can find spacious rooms with large beds, bathrooms with everything you might need, and other amenities you should expect from a hotel of this type, but there things you should know about, which majorly refer to service - those are not accidents, because they were proved to be true every day during my both stays:
1. They have 2 single comforters on double beds.
2. They don't give you a new shower gel even if you've used up about 3/4 of the existing one. You shouldn't forget to through an old one into a garbage can so as to get a replacement, otherwise you might face a risk of running out of gel the next day.
3. If you come for breakfast in 1 hour of it's beginning you might find the buffet almost completely picked over. The staff is very reluctant to refill the plates and prefers to chat at the counter - you should show them to every plate to get them start moving. If you tell them that scrambled eggs are over, they will refill scrambled eggs, but won't even look in the direction of empty croissant basket.
4. Every day the staff painstakingly set air-condition to 15 degrees. During my first stay it was +26 outside, so it didn't bother a lot, but during the second one it was +16. Their air-conditions chill perfectly, but are very slow on heating up, so once the temperature is dropped, it's hard to get it back. When I once came in the evening and had to sit a few hours in shoes and jacket on, because walls and floor were chilled out to +15, I scotched a note on a thermostat stating "Don't f***ing touch it!" - it worked and allowed the room to heat up to +23 the next day.
And in the end would like to say a few words about curious bathroom I had on the second stay: there was a window in it. If you take a bath it's probably perfectly located, but a bathtub doubles as a shower, so while standing you have the window right in front of you from knees to shoulders with semi-transparent curtain. I can only wonder if I'm already a porno star on the internet.
