This hotel is absolutely amazing at being terrible. First of all they messed up my booking - I asked for a single bed and I was given a room with two single beds. To make the matters worse the room was not cleaned, there were used bottles and coins (from previous person) in the room. When I asked for my room to be changed, the second room was also single beds!

Third room was single beds but the sheets were not clean - they had some weird white spot on them. If that was not enough, there was a long hair in my towel - and it was definitely not mine. Least to say it was gross.

And not just this -- while checking out they wanted to charge me for the room again even though i had pre-paid it. The receptionist made out the story like my amount will be released in two weeks again. Considering how things had been till now, this definitely seemed shady and when I stay put the story changed and all off sudden I did not have to give the credit card again.

I am a business traveler who was on road for more than 160 days last year - so I do have lot of sample size to compare the hotel to. This is definitely one of the worst hotels out there which goes the extra mile to make you even more uncomfortable. Would definitely not recommend it unless there is no other option in town. I am choosing another hotel the next time.

Great location, decent food, the better rooms are nice and spacious. The sauna and the small indoor pool are a nice addition. Room service, airport pick up and other services seem to run smoothly - considering this is Lithuania. Kaunas does not really have world class hotels but out of the ones they do have, Kaunas Hotel probably is the best.

Nice position about 15 mins from old town. We paid a little more for an executive room which was HUGE!

Friendly and helpful staff.
