I stayed here with my Dad 5/15-5/18 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The location is awesome, the beds are ultra comfy and the breakfast buffet was very good! One downside was we were not able to make coffee/tea in the room. We would definitely stay here again and the price wasn't all that bad taking into consideration its location and room type.

Difficult to fault this compact and spotless little hotel in the center of Kaunas, ideal for either business or pleasure. The staff are friendly, but in common with much of eastern Europe, could be more helpful. I found the location, just off the towns central pedestrianized boulevard, a big plus. Were I to be critical, then I'd list the lack of a proper bar area within the hotel, as a shortcoming, but given it's proximity there are numerous bars and very cheap restaurants withing short walking distance. I would especially list the 'Amigo Bar' which is easily missed, being below street level, but is almost next door to the hotel, on Mickeviciaus Street. Gourmet food at ridiculously low prices, about sums it up. Finally, it's worth noting that the Daniella has free wireless Internet in the reception area, which is unusual in Lithuania in my experience, where Internet connection is usually charged at exorbitant rates.

This is a perfectly decent hotel in this quite appealing Lithuanian city. The room was comfortable, although the bed was a bit saggy, and the service was competent without being memorable. Decent breakfast, and the location is good. Overall satisfied.

A group of 6 of us stayed here for a total of 4 nights when we attended a wedding in Kaunas. They are just finishing off some refurbishment ((which did not disturb us at all))
The rooms were all very nice, very clean and accommodated us very well. There is a well stocked Mini Bar in each room, plus snacks and extra bottled water in each room.

Our room had a very large bathroom, and the largest wardrobe ever, our friends had a little Sofa Area as well.

Breakfast is typical - lots of meats, cheeses & pasteries, but even a Hot Breakfast is available.
The staff were quietly helpful, noone was a chatterbox! But they did assist us with whatever we needed -especially when one of our Group managed to leave a bag in a taxi - they helped us sort that out.

The Hotel is ideal for the centre of Kaunas and only a 20 min cab ride to the airport, a journey which cost us less than 30 lita - approx £6 if that!
