The hotel is just an average, basic hotel for short-therm stay (one up to 2 nights) in Bratislava. The best point is here the central location; nera to the old and new part od the city; everything on walking distance. The staff at front desk were polite and friendly; I can't complain. The room are ver basic and they need some urgent refreshment. The beds are uncomfotables, the bath was ok, clean, but very small and also basic. The breakfast isn't cheap but the choice of fresh food is rather limited.

Although we requested a room with nice view, and in no case overlooking the courtyard, that's exactly what we had initially, but I changed it with one overlooking the street, but not with city view as I had requested.
The staff is awful!! It seems that you bothering them all the times, every time you pass by them, when you ask them something ...
Although they help you, somehow they do their job but they hate you for it.
They do not respond to hello...

I have slept there one night and it was enough. The location of the hotel is very close to the center, but near my windows there s a tram rails, so trams this way and that way all time long...room was very small, quite clean, shower worked quite poor. nevertheless for one night is ok if you are on a budget.The stuff was very unpleasant and rude. Breakfast was very good, everything fresh.
