Staying in a business class room, and it's a cheap rate too at only €119 with a better service than hotels much more expensive than that in other cities I have been in.
Internet:
free wifi and cable in rooms. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lobby, but that's not really a problem.
Breakfast:
Good selection of cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruit, hot food and a chef station where you can have eggs/omlettes etc.
Rooms:
spacious, comfortable beds, good curtains which darken the room completely, free nespresso machine and fruit basket on arrival. The tv is a bit small, but at least the movies are free if you are staying in business class room.
Location:
excellent, and only about a 15 minute walk from two main shopping centres (au park and eurovea). Good restaurants located on the square, try Gaucho.
Service:
Professional and helpful staff, very attentive and any requests I had were answered quickly. There is a taxi desk near the reception, prices range from a minimum of €8.50 for journeys near the old town, or around €10 to the train station. Do not use the public taxi rank in the main square, their journeys start at €5 and are more expensive than the Radisson taxi.
For journeys to Vienna airport don't use either the public taxi rank, or the Radisson taxi, their price is around €90 which is not competitive. Call a local taxi company, all of which have Mercedes, they can give you a price of around €65 to €70.
Gym:
There are 4 cardio machines on the top floor of the Radisson. This is a bit limited, however if you ask reception they will give you a free daily pass to the fully equipped gym (plus swimming paul and sauna) in their sister hotel (Park Inn) which is only a 2 or 3 minute walk away.
I usually stay in Hiltons for work. I have only been in 3 Radissons in the past year (Uruguay, Spain and Bratislava), and overall I think the one in Bratislava is the best of the 3.
