If you want soap, shampoo, service, laundry options, internet that works or an occasional smile..... this is not the place for you.

This hotel proudly rates itself as a 4 star... hard to put it anywhere above a 2 star. The people working are less than friendly but outright rude. My associates key card malfunctioned every day and was treated as if he was causing this.
The double bed is 2 beds put together with 4 inches of wood in between the two mattresses. The mattresses are 3 inches thick and come with one thin blanket and 2 one inch thick pillows (no extra ones in the closet).
There is no clock and no wake up call.
There is no iron and no laundry service or facility
The breakfast buffet has a couple of buns, a few slices of cheese and some very small slices of sausage with the option of warm milk and stale cereal.
We walked into the spa area and walked right out as we were almost attacked for walking 3 meters past the desk to gaze in the window to see the pool.
The town is fun, has lots of places for a beer and is absolutely beautiful scenery and great cultural experiences available everywhere.
