Official end, I was a few days in this hotel. Great hotel, a significant customer traffic. Excellent, wellness facilities, particularly the right size swimming pool, which is usually not typical. The supply is good, the staff courteous. Remarkably many Russian guests were at this time. Mentality sometimes unconventional. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

We've been here several times, last time with our small kids, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The room are modern and clean, with flat TV and air conditioning. The pools are great, some of which are filled with the famous local thermal water. As a sidenote: kids are not allowed in the pools filled with thermal water.
Parking is free for guests in the open air parking lot belonging to the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet place , but still in a central place surrounded by other hotels and restaurants. The meals are great and there are several spa services one can use for an extra fee.
This is definitely not the cheapest hotel around, but it also provides services for that extra amount you pay.

This was my second time at this hotel within 12 months and I was once again very happy with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness as well as their fluency in both English and German which is rather unusual in Hungary. The facilities and breakfast compare to 3-4 stars hotels and I was impressed again with the freshly brewed coffee. Last but not least this hotels lies approx 300 meters ( 340 yards ) from the thermal lake. So I'd recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This place is magnificent..Would recommend this place to anyone interested in good relaxing time..Clean, excellent food, great service, wonderful relaxing area.. Compliments!!
