had to pay for wifi 5 euros per day. and the connection was still slow and even hard to connect.

Hotel is in center of town. It has good position and everything is close. Rooms are small but clean. The stuff is ok. Food is ok, but it could be better.

This is a fine hotel if you want a good breakfast, clean rooms and central to everything in Budapest. The staff a friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is close to the main church and if you are there for the markets, a brief walk to a small market close by and 5-10 mins to the main square. There is also a good choice of bars the other side of the church.
Rooms are functional and very clean. Breakfast is pretty good though there is no toaster if you like a bit of toast in the morning. Plenty of cereal, breads, cheese and ham etc.
Would I stay there again - yes !

We went to Budapest for the Christmas markets. This hotel was ideally situated. 6-7 minutes from main market square and a smaller market outside the hotel. A very clean and well maintained hotel with helpful staff. A buffet breakfast with a good choice of food. Can recommend Central Bistro and Restaurant, about 2 minutes away, for good value meals. An excellent hotel which we thoroughly recommend.
