Good value with friendly, helpful staff and a good continental breakfast. Good bus links from outside of the hotel to the city centre.
The lift wasn't working so we had to walk up approximately 40 stairs with all of our luggage. The room was very hot with no air conditioning and situated on a busy road so very noisy with the window open. The beds were very hard and the duvet did not fit inside the cover properly. Rooms (in particular the bedding) need modernising and freshening up.
Bathroom cleaned thoroughly everyday but the shower curtain needed replacing and the shower head didn't attach to the wall so you had to hold it over your head when showering but water pressure and temperature was good.
