Staff very kind and good facilities.
Good access with public transport from the airport.

Highly recommended for right location by train station and readily stand by taxi to airport. I stayed here for two nights at separate date and front desk service knows my name and my arrival in 2nd time. It was great service :)

I wonder why such positive reviews on this hotel. The truth, unfortunately, is very unfavorable to the Accor. The hotel does not took into consideration the comments when booking. I wanted a double bed in the room and that room was the room next to my friends. Of course not. The receptionist asked for a deposit or pre-authorize the card for the mini-bar (!) The first time I met this demand in a four-star hotel. Of course I refused and surprisingly there was no problem.
The next disappointment was a lift. When it wanted to work, opened up, the panel lights up in all possible places. The floor in the elevator used up, worn out, as the communist era.
Rooms totally do not conform to the Mercure. Small, with a strange smell of bric à brac, mattress on the bed to replace. Too soft and collapsed. Bathroom with bath and courtain (just like in low-cost hostels for students), handle on the shower totters. Bathroom suitable for repair.
Service carries out their duties but without cordiality, we met earlier in other Mercure hotels. The second time we'd rather book Ibis Hotel, because there are much better conditions for a lower price.

Hotel is good situated in old building not far from city center. Public transport is next to hotel ( bus stop and metro). Room was OK. Not big but clean. Breakfast avarge. I would expect better from Mercury brand name. Free wifi in room. Hotel staff very helpful. Very good value for money.
