I strongly recommend this hotel. The personnel is very friendly and extremely useful. For example, when my laptop had a problem, a receptionist guy spent like 20 minutes to figure it out. And they are also able to give good advicies on what and where to eat and do other stuff in BP. I was here for two times and will certainly be back in this hotel!

The hotel is in the city center equaly near to all important places and sights. Stuff is friendly and kind. All and all i love staying in IBIS (Accor) hotels. The only thing that i am not satisfied with is the parking fee.

I had never stayed in a hotel Ibis so I did not know what to expect. It was very minimal. The room was spacious but there was no hair dryer, shampoo, iron, or ironing board in the room. Also, there was no refrigerator or even an ice bucket to keep drinks cold. You could, however, get drinks from the lobby at any time.

The location was great. It is very near a tram stop and subway stop. There were two taxi stands nearby so getting a cab was never a problem. There are many restaurants and clubs in the vicinity. Make sure you have a map with you if you want to return in a cab. None of our cab drivers seemed to know where the hotel was located by the name alone. We had to pull out a map every time.

The staff spoke English and was helpful. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast with no frills. We stayed for two nights and had an overall good stay. We would stay here again.
