Great location close to subway and train station as well as trams and also a supermarket. Perfect proximity for relatives we were visiting. Room cleaning was always to a high standard. View of the castle district was beautiful. Food ordered for room service was good quality and for the price, quite good quantity.
I would like to see the hotel reinstall gym facilities.
Unfortunately as we stayed over the New Year period on a few nights we were kept awake by noisy neighbours 2 doors down. We only complained on 1 night, around 1:30am, and after several calls to reception and being told someone was already on our floor to address it, the noise continued until 3:00. Noise was to be expected around New Year's however hotel staff could have responded better and been honest if they were not willing to talk to the other guests.

This hotel was fine for our two night stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the coffee was excellent. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Be sure to go to Cafe Ruszwurm for fantastic pastries and heavenly hot chocolate - located on Varhegy (the Castle Hill on the Buda side).
