“Good location and atmosphere of this hotel”

The hotel locates quite far from the city center, but really close to Budapest west station. You can take a tram or metro to reach the city center in a short time (Just around 2 stops). By foot it takes perhaps 20 minutes. Quite Close to the parliament. The hotel itself is really nice, with good exotic atmosphere! (You can even smell a fragrance in the hotel) Room is decent, with Wired Internet provided. Breakfast is average, but the restaurant is quite relaxing.

This hotel is perfectly located for discovering the city. It is located few minutes walking from the parliament palace and next to tram and subway station. Rooms are clean and nice decorated. Some rooms have street view, some backyard view.... Staff - polite and helpful. Breakfast - just what you need to start the day. I would definitely stay there again.

“Excellent staff, perfect breakfast, good location...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 January 2012

I was there with my boyfriend and I must say, this was one of the best holidays. The staff was absolutely perfect - kind, helpful, smiling (altrough they must be very tired after long shift). We stayed in this hotel for two nights and everything was perfect. Our room was perfect tidy. It has big TV (with extra paid programs, radio, music and films), minibar (with a little overpriced things, but you can buy anything like that in nearby shop), big table with chair, one small extra chair, safe, kettle, two cups, two glasses. In the bathroom there were: big shower, hairdryer, two small bottles of shower gel (enough for two people), one small bottle of shampoo with condicioner, one pack of hand cream and bathing cap. Shower gel, shampoo, hand cream and all towells were changed daily.
Breakfast were excellent! Many kinds of sallames, cheeses, sausages, eggs, pastry, many sweet things, juices, coffee machine (and there was hot chocolate too!), many kinds of teas Dilmah.
The hotel is located in the centre of Budapest, it has great starting position for sightseeing.

“Good Stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

Good location for all sightseeing. Hotel staff are very nice and polite and helpful and hotel very clean and well equipped. Room can get a little too hot in winter and window needs to be opened at night, but soon got used to this. Breakfast was fine to start the day. Would stay there again.

“New , nice and clean - but still room for improvements”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 January 2012

Centrally located in north part of Pest, near to trams, trains and buses. (And also the new shopping center West End). Hotel is only 2.5 years old and appears as brand new. Our upgraded superior-room was spacious, but two armchairs or a sofa was expected. Well equipped with equipment for making coffee, but where was the coffeepowder??
Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and even eggs/sausages.
Receptionstaff were friendly and serviceminded but I think you have to pay extra for a smile or a "good morning" from staff in breakfastroom ? (we did not pay and did not get any).
There was a thermostat and a working fan, but the temperature never changed (out of order)? Terrible hot - in January!!

Room Tip: We paid 20 euro extra/night to upgrade from std room to superior - we found this worth the money
