It is some times difficult to judge a single review on a hotel as peoples standards tend to be quite different. At the time of writing, this hotel is in a very very bad need of renovation. We got there on the hottest day of the summer season (almost 42C) to be greated by some very dingy rooms without air conditioning and any possibilities of improving air circulation. On day 2 we bought fans. Being in the rooms was worse than being in an oven.
The indoor pool was quite nice. The area is close to a newly opened shopping area styled as a small greek village. That said, it the upscale part of town. The boweling alley was a hoot! If they every do renovate this is one relic that should be preserved. The grounds are also nice though I couldn't think of a single reason why I'd want to stay there.
The boweling alley closes at midnight so if you're in a room close by.... The staff is quite friendly but they just didn't seem to know how to anticipate what people would be looking for. They also had an annoying habit of keeping exits locked. They also didn't know about pharmacies and other thing around the hotel.
There is free internet as advertised. However you get it because their wireless router is unlocked and you could access as long as you sat in the right chair right next to the boweling alley.
All in all I would this is one to avoid unless they do a serious renovation.
