Stayed there for 4 nights in a regular room. The room size was ok and the bathroom as well with enough room to place your utensils. Cleanliness is an issue as there are stains all over the place from stains on the carpet to insect splotches on the wall. I found every day hairs on the bathroom floor. Service in general is bad and most of the staff seem to be inexperienced trainees. There were several occasions of misinformation. We were given cheap rate so I consider the average value but a quick check on the internet showed that the rooms usually go for EUR 100 or more per night which it is definitely not worth it.

In conclusion it is a place you can stay for a few days if you have to be in the area but definitely nothing for a nice vacation considering the price.

The double room was nice but small with two separate beds (that you can push together). I found the bed too soft and the duvet too thin.. Bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good although during the second breakfast the coffee machine did not work. Hot water for tea was not available either. Alarm went on twice and the lift did not work ...so ended up walking up 7 floors.. also the corridor got overheated..
(I did not try the wellness facilities, the swimming pool looks nice ). Overall I did not mind staying here however I find this hotel a bit expensive for what it offers.

We stayed here for one long-weekeind with my partner.
As I was pregnant I couldn't really enjoy the wellness facilities, however it was cool.
The food was OK, but the drinks were not included and were very expensive.
As it was almost winter the location wasn't so important, but this hotel can be a very good choice during summertime as it's very close to the Lake Balaton. The view from our room was very nice.

I have been in this hotel in the beginning of July, and generally I liked it, but I think it does not deserve the 4 stars.
The hotel is quit near to Balaton, you can get there in 5 minutes. The hotel has its own beach, which is ok, if you are a guest you will get a free deck chair, but the beach is open to other guest too, which makes it overcrowded in the weekend.
The room is ok, nothing special, the TV is rather old and it should be changed. They should clean the window more offen. The bathroom is quit small, and I think it is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel to get the shampoo from a dispenser.
The breakfast is very good.
The pool and the Jacuzzi have broken on my second day of arriver, and is stayed broken for the whole period, so I could not used them.
After all, next year if I go to Balaton I will try another hotel, and I liked much more the Ramada Hotel in Budapest.
