We were on a month-long tour of The Adriatic and Albania with Adventures Abroad. We were very happy we stayed here for only one night. The room and bathroom were quite small. One does get inventive on where to put suitcases when traveling. My husband's bed sloped towards the wall. There is obvious deterred maintenance here. The hotel was a short walk into the town. The surrounding area is beautiful. It was relatively mild when we arrived and we were able to sit on the large public terrace and the view compensated for the inadequacies of the room. Breakfast was edible.

Hotel Kanin looked like a tourist group hotel, and that's exactly what it was. Once we found it, we almost decided to look elsewhere. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay arriving early evening and departing mid-morning. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was small, but clean and we were in a quiet area at the end of the hallway. No frills to write about. The breakfast was okay, but I agree with another reviewer about the juice and coffee being awful. We had to go to the lobby or central lounge area on the floor to access the internet. Nice restaurants nearby and a pleasant town for a stopover.

As a plus its location was good, close to the village centre and nice views of mountains. The room had a small plesent balcony and was clean.
Hotel has a good side pool, however the building itself is extremely ugly. Breakfast was at best average.

The hotel location is good. However bathrooms were dirty, would need renovation. The roof is made from material called eternite, which contains asbest - carcinogenous element, and therefore it might be hazardous. The worst of all was breakfast. We stayed 4nights and the only thing that has changed was sausages (converted to other type). There were no real fruit drinks, just some coloured, very sweet liquid which we couldn't use to drink... So we used clean water, there was nothing else. Very bad service was provided by the lady who seems to be a manager for breakfast who acts as private dictator, definitely not guest friendly. If you can, find an apartment rental, there is many of them.
