Just got back from Warsaw where I decided to avoid the "big" international hotels and try something new and cosy.

After 12hours of drive, I ended up to the hotel, really tired, to find out that actually, the hotel was way above what I expected in return to the hotel rate paid.

Very nice atmosphere, fantastic rooms, friendly staff and a very nice cuisine at the restaurant.

Was very happy to also see the hotel manager, being around and greeting the guests with a very friendly manner. A bit of a suprize to me since usually, these guys are always confined in offices....

The only small drawback was the poor wifi connection in the room which was too weak and slow. So I had to go to the looby to work, but enjoyed a good wine whilst doing so.. so I am ok with that.

I definately will make this hotel my favourite whilst visiting Warsaw again.

I simply love this hotel. Great location, nice deco, confortable rooms, good service and, on top, the hotel restaurant is outstanding. Price is reasonable. It is by far the Best place to stay In Warsaw and I have tried a lot. Makes you want to come back to Warsaw.. So, try it for yourself. You Will not regret.

Le Regina hotel is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Warsaw's old town. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is also a must as the food is simply sublime. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone whether you are in Warsaw on business or for pleasure!

The, rooms, basement pool, reception area look amazing, simple relaxing, very clean. Reception service was very good even though I don't understand why you can change Dollars, euro but British pounds. When I asked and explained I needed to change some money to go out, I would have expected them to try and sort me out, even at a not so good rate.. Nothing, no explanation.. Quiet embarrassing on a 31st of December.. Twice had drinks in the reception area, first time great, service, efficiency, suggestions..second time, ten minutes to get 2 drinks while restaurant and bar area empty.. The waitress didn't even smile or offered a word to say its coming..
The reception manager had to check twice what was going on..
While waitress, careless and inatentionate, as soon as I signed our bill, she took it and checked if we tipped, she could be seen looking at us unhappy mumbling.. We always tip and pretty well usually depending of service and had planned to leave less than usual but then again leave something, first its a wage complement and it's xmas afterall...reaction was just not professionnal and she did not leave us time to so.. Shame as overall really good, breakfast fresh and nice
