“Great hotel, great staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

A great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are to die for.... I'd definitely stay there again. The only criticism I have is the cost of Internet (not even wireless!) @ 77 zloty (c £15)/24 hours. In this day and age when you expect free wireless everywhere, it came as a bit of a shock. Hopefully this will be looked into and rectified and when that happens I will give this hotel a full 5.

“Gorgeous Hotel..Staff, great !! Great people.”

Hi, I have to say, the Westin Warsaw was perfect. Staff were extremely important . It is tough to name a few staff, because it would be unfair to rest of them. But, Marta at front desk was great, Agnieska, in The Executive lounge was so nice. All of the staff from fitness area to room service to executive lounge, gift shop...were awesome !! The breakfast buffet was superb. plenty to choose from, eggs, cereals, cold meats, hot bacon, sausages, juices ,coffees . The 20th floor..i stayed on was great gorgeous views and the beds here at Westin...are just that..Heavenly. Free wifi, in executive floors...great !! The hotel's elevator is the best i have seen, panoramic, quick and stunning. Weight room and fitness area...more than adequate. shower and tub in room, relaxing. easy to get around Warsaw. Close to Uprising museum and malls...must sees. old Town a walk or short bus ride away. The nicest hotel I have stayed at in Europe. Warsaw, and under rated phenomenal city. Only qualms..it was during the coldest spell in 20 years at warsaw, which left me to enjoy hotel even more. Recommend the Polish vodka, apple juice and cinnamon...like apple pie. Enjoy your stay !!

Room Tip: Pay the extra and enjoy all the benefits of the executive floors..happy hours, views, service. Anywh...

“Excellent hotel! Great value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

I was able to book a room using the Delta SkyMiles Marketplace at a very good rate! The reviews for this hotel are true, it is an excellent hotel at a great value! The *only* negative was the lack of free internet in the room, but there is free wifi in the lobby/atrium. Everyone spoke English very well and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. In addition to a shower it had a nice sized bathtub.

The Folk Gospoda restaurant is near by if you want to try some traditional Polish food.

There is also a Carrefour Express nearby if you need to buy anything basic like bottled water or fresh fruit.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen with not just a lot of food, but a huge assortment of food.

Warsaw is a small city and it was very easy to get around.

If I go back to Warsaw I'll definitely stay at the Westin again.

“Highly recommended for business”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

Spent 2 nights during a business trip. Location, service, rooms, beds...all was very good. The only exception being no-wireless in the rooms. However, there is a cable connection.

“Excellent point to escapade”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2012

First of all the hotel is located in the center of the city. It takes about 30 minutes to reach old town by walk. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, however please ask for room in some silent corner of the building with window not at the street. It could be little noisy because along the main street run trams. The hotel's staff very helpful and polite. We had some problems with TV. After calling to reception the problem was solved in 15 minutes. Generally we were very satisfied to stay at this hotel.
