“Good Hotel in Central Warsaw”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

I stayed for one night on business and found this to be a good hotel. The staff spoke good English (much better than my Polish) and were helpful and attentive. My room was a standard room but was a good size with good facilities. My only gripe was that in the walk in shower there was a pull down seat which would not stay up and got in the way. The bathroom was a wetroom type so after showering it was a bit waterlogged. Bed was mega comfortable and I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to any visitor to Warsaw as clean comfortable and good quality.

“Reasonable Business Hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2012

Recently stayed for a 2 day business trip to Poland, upgraded to a business room (the end of a very long corridor. Room a bit tired and bathroom in need of upgrade. Nice to have a nespresso machine but not if it was filthy!

Engineering work was going on outside my room at 12-1am which is unacceptible.

Breakfast was a serious "bun-fight" between business travellers, and the queue for the omlette chef was "10 minutes!" which is ridiculous given one takes 30 seconds to make.

Check out was good and organised.

“Expect to be treated rudely unless you are a businessman”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

We stayed in this hotel for a few days in January, and it wasn't too busy, yet the staff didn't treat us nearly as nicely as they did the business people.
Location is ok, not central.
Pool is run by a different company, and the staff there are very 'precious' and extremely rude.
The room was old and very basic, equal to about 3 stars.

“Comfortable Business Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 January 2012

The Radisson is a large hotel in the commercial center of Warsaw and about 20 minutes walk from the old town. The room was large and comfortable. No complaints! The staff was just short of friendly, though professional enough. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of hot and cold selections.

Room Tip: You can upgrade to a Business room for 60 slotys

“Lovely modern hotel, great breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

We stayed here for 3 nights (mid-week) - the hotel wasn't too far from the train station (Centralna - we walked it, in the snow, with cases). The room was lovely, modern (we had a Maritime theme) and clean.

I used the fitness centre once - the staff there were not very friendly. I asked about the pool, and the girl on reception pointed me toward a door, so I walked through, and could kind of see the pool behind a temporary screen - but it looked like maybe some construction work was going on, so I didn't go any further. I noticed when I came back out, there was a 'no entry' sign on the door. The machines in the gym itself were good, and clean!

The breakfast in the hotel was good - a lot of choice - hot food (bacon, sausages, egg, mushrooms etc.), fresh fruit, polish food (lots of pickled things!), breads, pastries, cereal etc. - plus a coffee machine. Also, you could have an omelette cooked to order.

The hotel is also only about a 15 minute walk from the old town, and even though we experienced sub-zero temperatures, it wasn't too bad of a walk.

The only negative I really have to mention, is the poor design of the shower. It looks lovely, and is very modern and clean, however, there's a small gap under the shower glass, that allows a LOT of water to get on the bathroom floor. However - easily mopped up with a towel!
