amazing hotel in one of Warsaws top locations! magnificent old style lobby with gold and marble that takes you back. same atmosphere also in the bar where you can get a nice cocktail to refresh before heading into the town. Large spacious rooms, maybe the heating system and the bathroom could use some updating, but overall a great experience

The hotel was fantastic and the executive rooms very roomy with separate office space. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was very roomy as well. The tub however was very high to get into, which I suppose can be a problem for an older person.

The location was also great, and easily accessible by the airport bus (if you are on a budget). We had read all the concerns about the bus, but had no problems at all. We also took the bus to the train station. From the hotel is an easy walk to old town and plenty of restaurant options.

The hotel offers free internet only in the lobby, but the cost for the room internet was not too bad.

The service was great! We found the hotel staff to be very attentive and nice. We also had the hotel breakfast buffet and a la carte and we were very satisfied with the quality of the food.

If you find a good price for the hotel it is an excellent value for the cost.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a view of Krakowskie Przedmiescie. This hotel is next door to the Presidential Palace.
We did not eat there, but we visited many restaurants which are within walking distance.
Overall this is the best location in Warsaw.

We chose this hotel because of the review on one the sites when it was marked as family friendly. The hotel personel was really friendly and we placed in the nice large room with the windows to the back yard so it was really quet. What I didn't like was the lightning - the room was dark even during the day. In case if my husband and I were along, it would be very romantic but when you travel with 1 year old baby who needs good day light and good lighning in the evening, it is not good. Also the baby cot which was placed in the room was in fact not the cot but a manege with the bottom approx. 20 cm from the room floor. I was worried that while the baby slept so close to the floor, she can become sick of the conditioning system, therefore the baby slept with us the whole stay.
The location of the hotel, the staff and the room in all other aspects were perfect!
