Very well situated (10 minutes from the railway central station, 3 minutes to Metro Centrum stop on foot, 5 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science - see the attached photo!). This hotel is, as it's written on its webpage, dedicated to families and for business. And that's quite true. Don't expect anything special, just a nice venue for short staying traveleres. Standard double rooms are rather small and are NOT in the mint condition (Room 505, to be exact). Housekeeping works very well. It's adviced to you to get a breakfest in the hotel as it very good and there's a big variety of food to choose from. People who are working in the hotel are just fantastic, kind and polite. To sum up - good for business travel or as a base for visiting friends in Warsaw, but not for longer, and definetly not for lesiure, stays.

Big hotel and quite crowded - at one time i had to wait 5 minutes for the lift. Ended up walking down 18 flights of stairs. But the location is unbeatable and the view of the palace of culture and modern Warsaw is unique. No wi-fi in the rooms.

i have been there for 3 nights during January 2012 on 24th., 26 to 27th.,
the hotel looks like renovated and every thing looks nice but the breakfast was below our expectation!!
the front office staff especially the night shift are very helpful but the internet were always were not working in my room !! so the IT needs to work more to improve the service ,, luggage room and its area needs some extra care and paints
