Dear All to whom it refers,
24-27 January I've spent in your hotel. Second time happened, that your banking operator double blocked amounts on my credit card. Why such problems happen only in your hotel.
Often I stayed in hotels during last year, and only in Mariott my card was cherger twice.
This time, thanks to your stupid system, I couldn't pay last invoice. After long discussion, someone manually unblocked authorization. If it was not your bill, I'm sure that my card will be blocked for few days, like in 2011 Dec. 08.

Nice hotel, great location right next to the main train station, shopping mall, easy excess to/from the airport, 30 min walk to the old town, great bar with fabulous view, great breakfest buffet - very tasty, service good, everybody spoke english. Recommended

I stayed here for one night during early January of 2012. Warsaw is a huge, ugly city, and this is a huge, ugly hotel smack in the middle of the city. As others have noted, the Marriott is directly across from the central train station, a very large mall, and in walking distance to the Palace of Culture. It's probably 20 years old so it's beginning to show it's age a bit, but our room was clean and there was a Starbucks directly across the street, so I can't complain.

The bar has great views but it was very expensive.

I chose this hotel for a quick one night stay in Warsaw before travelling by train to Krakow. The hotel is the most convenient to the train station. The hotel is good. It is clean, comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. The few complaints would be the elevators are slow and the breakfast room can be a bit chaotic and crowded, this was December, I'd hate to be there in tourist season. Do I recommend this hotel, yes, but truthfully I would return to the Sheraton or try another hotel because the choice of 1st class hotels in Warsaw are many. Again, it is the most convenient hotel to the train station. Just a little lackluster.
