We stopped at this hotel as it was the first thing we saw when got to the main square. The view over the rynek is unbeatable. First impressions of the interior were a bit off-putting as the decor is faded 1970s style. However, the high ceilings and original architraves make for an interesting and appealing contrast.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the noise from the square wasn't too disturbing - maining because it's a pedestrianised zone and there is no traffic noise. A tasty breakfast served in the basement restaurant/bar under the hotel was a nice aspect of the stay. I would recommend this as a good value place to stay in Torun.
