I have stayed in this hotel several times during my business trips to Lodz. It is almost new, the rooms are nicely decorated, in the modern style. Even the door opening system with messages (Do Not Disturb etc.) is electronical. I loved the pool, it is not a very small one as in some hotels, and when I was there, it was not crowded at all - one or two people. I can not exactly remember the bed, but if my memory does not tell me anything, it means it must have been very comfy :-). I have no bad experiences whatsoever with booking process (I always book by phone) or with the quality of service. The receptionists were always very polite. Breakfasts (buffet plus a possibility of ordering typical breakfast hot dishes) are OK, as well as the other meals at the restaurant. I usually come by train, but once I joined a collegue who arrived by car, so I know the hotel has a parking lot right next to it. The hotel is situated at a large and busy street, but I cannot recall any inconveniences related to it (noise). On the other side of the street there is a mall, not sure what shops and businesses are there, because unfortunately I never had time to go there. It seems that the number of smoking rooms is limited: I am a non-smoker myself, but once, when the hotel was full, I was surprised to see guests standing outside and smoking. The receptionists told me these are poor folks who did not manage to get a smoking room, because no ones had been left (hotel fully booked).
