We were at the hotel for 7 days. We came there to have rest so tried not to pay attention to some things but there were still some things that were just disgusting! There was NO CLEANING at all in our room for all our 7 days! We had to ask for toilet paper and had to throw garbage by ourselves because no one ever came to our room. The room was №19, it had 1 living room and a tiny bedroom. The bathroom was awful! The shower was broken and that was hard to unite water in the toilet, the door was hard to close... The Awful thing was in the living room - the wall outlet was broken so that you can easity touch the wires, imagine that when you stay with kids... Cannot say bad things about breakfasts and the staff at the kitchen. Maybe the other rooms at the hotel are better but what I can say is that the hotel need much repair before inviting people. The impression was that the pensjonat was once built and never payed attention after. We had a good rest at Zakopane but Vena spoiled some part of the rest, we will never come again to Vena pansionat for sure.
