Made a reservation on Hostelbookers and confirmed via email. Couldn't find it first as it was in a residential zone, NOT 500m from the centre, more like 20mins walk. After we found it a drunk man with a cigarette opened the door and shut it straight away, so we tried again. They were full and had no room for us. This was a bit complicated as it was a 1st of May long weekend. We needed a toilet a young girl-staff who spoke very broken English took me to someone's room (maybe hers?). Rooms and bathrooms not very nice and clean at all. Some of the guests were saying that this happened to them yesterday and as they could not find anything else they returned and insisted on staying and the manager (who we never saw) told them to sleep on the floor in computer room. It was really dodgy please do not stay there. The staff was scared of the manager. We couldn't find anything at all so we left to Slovakia stayed in Zdiar instead. Worst experience.
