Usual Ibis quality and you know what to expect as each hotels looks exactly the same, small but tidy rooms with bare minimum. Robust beds and hard pillows were compensated by nice service at reception and free WiFi ! Since hotel is located close by local church I found it very disturbing a dining bells every quarter in the middle of the night. Free car park outside. Hotel is conveniently located opposite shopping mall where your can find some selection of restaurants. Some 45 min. by car from Pyrzowice Airport.

No air-conditioning but very noisy backyard - hotel staff apprentice started broking empty bottles in trash can at 6 a.m. Fine restaurant with helpful waiter. Fast check-in and check-out. Curiously they can not authorizes electronic VISA card.

Hotel is located in Zabrze downtown with good access from Katowice and Wroclaw directions. Small river nearby hotel is a little bit stinking. Hotel IBIS is always predictable with service on good, certain level.

The hotel is conveniently located. There is no problem to find adequate transportation mode to any part of Zabrze, Gliwice or Bytom. Rooms are nice and quiet. Personally I like rooms with a view on the park side. There is a good possibility to walk in the hotel vicinity. Service is superb and the food very good.
Starting from checking-in till checking-out everybody at the reception desk was very helpful and effective in selecting room, providing professional instant answers on questions asked. All these created very friendly atmoshere. Thus, I am looking forward to come back to this hotel.
