I have stayed there for 2 nights and generally had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 15 min. walk from Zabrze railway station and is located next to a shopping centre. It's everything you can expect from Ibis brand - nothing more or less. So just a clean, tiny room and usual tourist class hotel service. Still, it's a good choice if you come to Zabrze area. Though if you have business in Katowice better stay there as it's far away from Zabrze!

As everywhere in IBIS hotel you can find a similar product, tourist class accomodation with clean rooms and similar restaurants with almost the same menu. The same situation is in Zabrze. Hotel located in city center with proximity to shoping center. Rooms are standard as in all IBIS hotels and clean. Menu in the restaurant is extended by local silesian specialities which is nice :). Generally - cheap and good hotel.

We stayed two nights at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in the area. The rooms were very basic but very clean. The staff however were very professional and were able to help with every enquiry. The breakfast buffet was also very good given who cheap it was to stay there for two nights. Do however bring your own hairdryer as the room one was terrible, small but important point if your hair is important to you!

I have good experiences with the Ibis hotel chain. Especially the hotel in Zabrze is just few years ago built, thus neat and nice. The rooms are small but fullfill their purpose and the hotel is just located near downdown. The staff was very friendly. And the prices really cheap!
