Stayed here for 2 nights over Easter, attending a family wedding. Polonia is the better one of 2 hotels in Raciborz according to our local source.
We had booked a senior suite for 3 adults. Rooms (2) were enormous,very clean and well-furnished, bathroom also huge. Hotel breakfast was inclusive and consisted of meats, cheeses, bread etc, all beautifully presented. Cost for the room was approx £60 per night.
Staff were very friendly, given the limits of our Polish. Had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant, very cheap, good food.
Raciborz is about 2 hrs' drive south from Krakow so is not a tourist trap, hence good value for money. Its a pleasant small town, not a lot to do.

“Best Hotel in Reciborz”

We stayed in Hotel Polonia for a long weekend. It is very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very professional.
In Raciborz there are just two hotels and we stayed in both of them. Hotel Polonia is just a litle bit more expensive but the comfort ist much much better.
ROOM:
The room was very clean and with all comforts like a great bed, cheap minibar, TV, phone, desk and seatings. The bath was new and very clean.
LOCATION:
It is located in a central position (5 min walk to the center (Rynek)).
BREAKFAST/RESTAURANT:
The breakfast is very good, they offer a buffet and they also serve scrambled eggs or hot sausages.
The restaurant is also very good and the kitchen is open until 12 p.m.
PRICE:
215PLN single room; 245PLN double room
they offer a special weekend price.
- Liked — cleanness, comfort and friendly staff.
- Disliked — It is next to the main train station, so the view is not so great.

Vielen Dank für die sachliche und gute Bewertung, jedoch würden wir gerne etwas zufügen: jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eingebauten Kühlschrank mit Minibar unter dem Fernseher (mit 29 Kanälen). Wir hoffen, Sie sind demnächst wieder bei uns zu Gast.
