Like others we booked this hotel for a 3 night stay on the basis of previous reviews. We were not disappointed.
From the moment we walked into the hotel we were made to feel most welcome, The staff, all of them, were very friendly and helpful with anything from arranging trips & transfers, recommending local restaurants, finding a pharmacy open on Sunday to translating the dosage for cough mixture.
Our room, number 26 to the rear of the hotel on the second floor, was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had a small balcony overlooking the garden. We had requested a room to the rear of the hotel as we had heard of the noise from trams on the street to the front. This was a good choice because even to the rear you could hear a slight rumble as the trams passed.
The breakfast buffet was very good and was always manned, making sure that when any item began to run low it was soon topped up, right throughout the breakfast times.
We have stayed at a number of hotels in Poland and this one is up there with the best in terms of value for money combined with a good location.
