I stayed here with my group while studying abroad. Free wifi, bar in the lobby, and a helpful staff made it all enjoyable. If I'm ever in Krakow again I'd stay here.

This is our third time staying at Ascot Hotel. It`s always been a pleasure. The staff is very helpfull and service- minded. From the kitchen, throug the bar and reseption. The location is perfect within a few minutes walk to every facility and restaurants/ bars.
Our room is well in order at all times. Clean and always fixed. We`ll be back soon.!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very helpful. Our room had plenty of room and the breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was on the side of the hotel that faces the train tracks, but we didn’t have a problem with noise. The only hesitation I would have in booking the hotel again are the thin walls. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing. Luckily they went to bed early, so noise wasn’t an issue while we were trying to sleep. However, if you have neighbors that stay up late and make a lot of noise you may not enjoy the hotel as much as we did.

What can I say? This place offers so much for such a low price that you really can't go wrong staying there! Awesome breakfasts (forget those North American continental breakfasts :)), close proximity to the Old Town and a 5 minute walk to the Market Square. Service is amazing, staff smiles all the time, rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
