This is one of the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in.....not because of the luxury but the staff, rooms and atmosphere.
First, we arrived early (10. am) and the wheather was freesing 16 below 0. The reception told us that our room was not ready but invited us in to the fireplace and gave us coffe and keept us informed about when our room would be ready and how we wanted every thing in it.
We had orded a double room, but were given a lovely apartement with livingroom, bedroom and a very nice and warm bathroom. The room was delicate in every detail.
The breakfast was one of the best ever, very fresh and healty.
The staff was superb, so nice and helpful in every way.
I also recommend to use the drivers from the hotel, they were nice and cheeper than the taxis in town.
Dont forget to eat at Il calcone, the restaurant in the basement of the hotel. Excellent italian food and very reasoneable prices.

Just loved everything and hope to come back soon.

My daughter & I had the pleasure of staying for 4 nights at Pugetow in Sept . could not have wished for a better hotel. We could not fault anything, cleanliness second to none, staff lovely,breakfasts each morning perfect. Both of us would highly recommend The Pugetow Hotel, and if ever we have the pleasure of visiting Krakow again - I know where we will be staying.

This small hotel of 6 rooms is an excellent place to stay in Krakow. The rooms are beautifully designed and there are lots of nice little touches: a kettle in the room, nice shampoo, heated bathroom floor. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent.

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Krakow. Our room was on the 3rd floor of the adjacent building (which was explained to us during booking) was huge, clean and quiet. The staff was outstanding and extremely accomodating: in fact they almost played the role of tour guide as they handled many of our tours. Perfect downtown location.
