This is a fantastic little gem of a hotel - based in the Jewish Quarter and ideal for exploring the Ghetto area and Schindler Museum (excellent - well worth a visit) Lovely, helpful reception staff - couldn't do enough for us, plenty of tea and coffee available for the room (ask at reception for more supplies) excellent breakfast, loads of choice hot and cold food, amazing breads :-) Rooms were moder, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tons of trams outside (we were not affected by the noise as we were placed on 2nd floor at the rear of the hotel. A stroll to the main square is approx 15 mins walk, staff booked all trips (Auschwitz/Birkenau, Salt Mine) at no extra cost. Hotel were happy to send taxi to airport cost less than £20 (included a generous tip) amazing value for money, will definitely go back to Krakow and stay there again. Gave us an excellent tip - eat out at Kuchbia Dorota - fantastic Polish food, cost less than £5 for a huge dinner and beer - lots of locals dine there - ask for the house special - you won't go hungry! If your looking for a comfy base for a city break at a brilliant price, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
