My wife and I spent five nights at Cracowdays along with friends so booked two adjacent rooms. Everything was as good as I had expected from the reviews posted; certainly first class staff who welcomed us with tea and biscuits, organised everything as requested and were always on hand.
The kitchen on the lower floor is not so large nor as well equipped as the upper kitchen with small plastic stools so not too comfortable for more than a hot drink at the end of the day while the upstairs kitchen is not available at breakfast time. This is to accommodate those guests who book the hotel breakfast. We did book the breakfast which is definitely to be recommended but a more generous supply of bread rolls and natural yoghurt would have been welcome and personally we would have like to have seen muesli rather than the cereals on offer. Eggs would also have been very welcome. My wife drinks decaf tea and was glad she had taken her own. We stayed in Cracow through the first week of the new year and were not aware from the guide books we had consulted that 6th January is a bank holiday. Nor was this mentioned by the staff. If we had known this fact before the day we would have planned our programme differently - as not a great deal was open while Poland celebrated the three kings (epiphany) so double checking bank holidays is a good idea. The restaurant just across the road offers discount on presentation of the hotel key and is both excellent and reasonable. Highly recommended and certainly convenient on wet January evenings. Loved the chocolate/fruit fondue. We would not hesitate to recommend Cracowdays and would certainly stay again.

Cracowdays is a fantastic hotel to stay in for visiting Krakow. We could not recommend it enough. We were picked up from the airport as promised by a friendly driver, who was there waiting on us. We were welcomed at the hotel by Joanna who was more than helpful in getting us settled in. The room was modern, comfortable and warm and the communal dining room worked well for all our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful at all times and also spoke excellent English. What sets Cracowdays Apartments apart from other hotels not only their service and attention to detail but also that they offer boutique accommodation at an affordable price. Great ambassadors for the city of Krakow.

This was a wonderful place to stay, Joanna made you feel so welcome and in fact came in early so we could have breakfast before we headed out on a day of exploring. We are a family of 4 so had 2 rooms and both were exceptional. It is a 10 minute walk to the main square so it is lovely and quiet however around the corner is the tram so everything is very close by. Very clean, beautifully decorated could not recommend highly enough - will definitely come back
