The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with tea making facilities. There was a hot and cold buffet for breakfast. There was a tram stop just a few yards away, providing easy access in to the city. The river was just a short walk away. I would certainly stay here again.

I stayed at this small hotel for more than a week and was very disappointed. Everything they claim about the place from its location to its design to its service is a blantant sham. The rooms do not have a place to lay your luggage or a TV or telephone. They give you one lousy bath towel and no soap. In other words, you get nothing except a stark Ikea equipped room. When the power went out in my room, I had to more everything myself two flights up. They offered no apologies or compensation. DO NOT STAY here. There is another small hotel Pana Cogita that has everything plus a restaurant for 10 zlotys less a night. Pana Cogita is recommended. I stayed there one night. Both hotels are across the Vistula and about a brisk 20 minute walk to the Old Town, Stare Miesto.
