Very cleans spacious room, in a great location - friendly and helpful staff. lot of choice for breakfast and if you ask they will do scrambled eggs :) - great restaurant next door

Been there twice. For a three star I think it's excellent. Staff very profesional.
Great location 5 minutes walk from square (10 if you walk with wife - windowshoping)
Very quiet surronding. Convenient parking in front of hotel (and good value comparing to other hotels). Nice rooms, high ceilings, spacious (bit dark but it's old building). Rooms on floor level with small private terraces (perfect for summer). When it comes to breakfast we are very demanding and place passed the exam well. Good restaurant just opposite of the hotel (great value for money). Mr Manager, please just change old tv's to more modern lcd's and it will be tip top, but even if you don't we will be back again :)

After the coldness of the staff in the Czech Republic hotels, the genuine warmth of this place was a welcome change. Maybe it's just that Krakow is not high on everyone's tourist destination list (although it should be) and they try harder. The receptionist was on her first shift the day we arrived and she was so eager to please and so proud to have landed her job. Like everyone else is saying, the location can't be beat. It's walking distance to so many places. But having the Planty (think Central Park) right across the street is especially wonderful. We got a "delux" room and it was still very reasonable. I think it was a bit larger than most rooms and off the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Loved this place and loved Krakow.

Nice and clean small hotel. Friendly staff. 24-hour reception. Perfect location in quiet surroundings.
Our room in the ground floor was quite dark though and the bed was to hard to suit my taste.
Breakfast was okey but not outstanding.
I would recommend this hotel!
