“Nice Hotel & Friendly Staff”

This hotel is in a great location, easy walk to Wawel Castle, Old Town, Kazimierz, etc. - having said that, I like to walk, so you may want to check distances for yourself.
The hotel is neat, clean and warm and the food was great - I lived on the Polish dumplings. The staff were friendly and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

The staff was fantastic and were very helpul in getting around to all the major sightseeing spots. The rooms were nice size and were very clean - the amenities provided were just what you need. Loved the bicycle rentals in the lobby - a great way to get around and explore Krakow!
