Stayed there 4 night on an amazingly cheap deal. The hotel was an ugly box on the outside, but totally functional on the inside. It was about 15 minutes drive from the city centre old town but there was a free hotel shuttle service there and back twice a day. Taxis were cheap enough not to have to worry about the shuttle. Also a good bus service to the Old town. Inside the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Christina on the bar was a gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean, large and recently refurvished I would think. Krakow is a wonderful city for a short break...cheap, friendly, safe, and interesting architecturally.

Very nice, helpful staff. Clean rooms, varied and good breakfast. Unlike many hotels in Krakow no problem with parking. The hotel is located close to the center, quiet area.

Stayed for two nights. Didn't care about the distance from the city center, nor for the transport. The room was quite big and comfortable. I didn't try the hotel's breakfast, nor did I use the other amenities, except for the room (came there to sleep only). Wired internet was available in the room, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, together with a public Mac computer. Used all three and everything worked okay.
