stayed for a week sept 2011 good value hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They moved us to another room as soon as we requested it. Breakfast was fine. The only drawback was that it is a bit out of the city centre but the buses were excellent and very cheap.

My husband and i stayed here dec 2011 for two nights, the room was somewhat plain but clean and elegant, the bathroom was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpfull. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but catered for a variety of tastes, i had veal one evening which was very tasty. The interior and decor of the hotel is beautiful, historical and luxurious. One annoyance was when we arrived to check in the receptionist wanted to use our card to register it incase we used and hotel services such as mini bar, room service ect, luckily i didnt have enough funds in my account because what my bank told me they tried to do was take out 500 of their local currency!!!!! she actually told me she wouldnt be taking anything!!! so please be aware of this, we almost lost a lot of money for nothing. Overall a very satisfactory stay and apart from the check in scenario i highly reccomend this hotel.

The hotel room was clean and basic. There is free wi fi. Breakfast was included in my rate and there was lot of choice. Please note that there are no lifts in this property, luckily I was on the first floor.

To get to the hotel, from the city centre get the 19 tram to Most Grunwaldzki then walk over to the stop on the opposite side to get the 162, 156 or 112 bus to Os.Robotnicze. Then cross over the road walking in the opposite direction of the bus you just came off then turn right and the hotel is a short walk up what looks like a residential street.

In summary a very good value hotel and the low price reflects the longer distance to the city centre. Once you find your way around using public transports it is easy to get in and out of the city centre. Plus it is nice to have a hotel near so much greenery.
