“Very good hotel”

Stay during two nights and have to say: This place is very good. The hotel is very close to main attractions and the service is unretouchtable. The room is huge with spotless cleaning, the breakfast is served at marmolada restaurant ( at the side of the hotel) with plenty of eating options and great food quality. The staff is kind and fast for check in/out procedures.
You will be not disappointed. Worth every cent payed.

Room Tip: Bathroom are brand new and rooms are quite and spacious.

“Excellent Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 January 2012

Myself and partner stayed here for a short break and can not stress how ideal the location of the hotel is. There is no need to make use of the local transport if you like walking as all of the restaurants/sightseeing locations are in walking distance.

Despite previous reviews, we very very impressed with the breakfast, which was of very good quality and lots to choose from.

We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade on arrival and the room was extremely spacious and immaculately clean. The only downside when staying in winter was the shower water temperature, no matter what time of the day the water was only luke warm. Apart from that we had a great time in Krakow and would highly recommend the hotel.

Very helpful staff also!!

“Great Location for a good price”

When we arrived the check-in was quick and we were helped to the room with our bags by the porter who who told us not to exchange money with one of the currency exchange shops a few doors up, they also had a note in the hotel room with the other information.
Nice, clean comfortable hotel in an excellent location. When you step outside you can see the Main Market Square which is about 80M away. The rooms are a great size. They are clean and have everything needed with complimentary bottled water.
The bathroom was very spacious as was the whole room. The rooms are cleaned everyday if wanted but if you do not want housekeeping in your room they leave a bag of fresh towels and toilet roll hanging on your door.
Breakfast was the only downside to this hotel. The restaurant for breakfast is outside the hotel and a few doors down in another restaurant which is a real wake up in the Winter when you are half asleep!
Breakfast is all self service with some hot food available-scrambled eggs and Frankfurters with cold meats, salads, cereal, juices, bread and sweet breads etc. I am not a fan of salads and mayo early in the morning but there are other options, just not what I am used to for breakfast. I would have preferred a toaster machine to toast the bread but this is personal preference.
Reception will hold your bags in a room if you have a later flight and are happy to help with transfers, directions etc.
There are two restaurants in the hotel (or attached) one is Polish cuisine which has nice food for a great price and the other an Indian restaurant which has delicious food for an amazing price
There is also a beauty salon in the hotel which I also thought were great prices compared to the UK/Ireland.
Our room backed onto the courtyard which is a walkway used for the restaurant and other guests going to the other part of the hotel. Music from the hotel is played into the courtyard but this really wasn't a problem and starts in the afternoon and stops at night.

Room Tip: Our room backed onto the courtyard which is a walkway used for the restaurant and other guests going...

“definitely of 4* quality! Loved it!!!”

You won't get a better location in all of Krakow. I was there over christmas with my fiance, and was eager to show him the very best of the city. The hotel is brilliantly located about ten metres from the main square, the best restaurants and great shops. We were both very happily surprised, and enjoyed our stay very much. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to be in the heart of krakow. The bed was large and comfortable, everything was clean, the bathroom was GORGEOUS and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had a double standard room, i think the room number was 77. Though it overlooked a yard, it still was a pretty sight, and absolutely no noise. the room was warm and spacious. The lift is the slowest one I've ever been in, which was actually a good thing, because it urged me to take the stairs more often after eating all those yummy pierogi, krokiety, kopytka and kluski! the breakfast was not served in the same building, but I can't complain, since it was just next door, and it was of good quality.

Room Tip: we had room 77 which was 3rd floor looking over the courtyard, and it was great!
