We went to Krakow for a long weekend. This hotel is in the Jewish quarter but the main part of the city is within easy reach on foot or by tram. The same tram stop has a tram which takes you back to the station for the airport too- no need for taxis! There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and speak v good english. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The only negative was that breakfast wasn't too varied - and relied heavily on providing different sorts of cheese. The breakfast room was accessed by quite a few steps, so would not be suitable for disabled or older people who can't manage stairs. Otherwise, highly recommended.
