We had a few disappointing nights at another hotel booked on expedia, but loved Krakow and wanted to stay and extra night. While strolling through the old town we saw a sign reading "Bed & Breakfast Pokoje Goscinne". We popped in to check availability and were surprised and happy to find they had a room available on a Friday night, late July.
The location was perfect - right inside old town, at the end of a quiet street next to the Planty. Charming, clean and spacious room. Very reasonable price ($96/night). The only drawback was that we were on the 4th floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy luggage up a long winding staircase. But it was worth the climb. I highly recommend this place!
