The room was quite old, the bed had really thin mattress, the requested double kingsize bed was ignored and probably also not available only normal size twin-bed. The bathroom was quite dirty, stains everywhere, some hairs of some former visitor were still in the shower. If someone walked in the room above ours the lampshade was shaking quite strong :).
Two days in a row they forget to add new towels and toilette paper, so we called the reception. After 10min a guy dressed like a buttler showed up with 1 small towel and 1 piece of soap ... we explained again that we wanted and instead of apologizing it felt like he was pissed to have to walk again. The breakfast is if you are used to a european/mediterianian style breakfast (variants of cakes, hot chocolate, good and wide choice of coffee) very disappointing, however my gf assures that for polish-breakfast taste (sausages, cheese etc.) it offered a good choice.
To sum it up, I have been in better 2* hotels, definitly not 4*, neither service nor the room or facilities.

“Business Stay”
The rooms located on 4th floor are modern and very comfortable for any business traveler. All are equipped with LCD TVs, large bathrooms, double beds (expect room 403 - single bed). Restaurant is recommended for dinner, as the service and kitchen is very good. Reception is very well organized, nice and always ready to help. There is a wi-fi at all hotels rooms however I recommend to use high-speed internet connection.
