Perfect place to spend time with family and friend. Fantastic location near to Szczyk. I think this is one of the most modern hotels in area. You can enjoy a great food and charming atmosphere. I would like to recomended that hotel to my friends and to anyone who visit the south of Poland.

A very nondescript place which tries to pretend it's best in town but doesn't quite cut it. On check in the hotel seemed quite empty but my room was a shut off part of a twin room with a not very comfortable fold out sofa instead of a bed. The elevator is agonisingly slow. The staff at the quite average breakfast seemed more interested in chatting between themselves. Most have those facial impressions that suggest that they have been screamed at that they must be nice to customers so they get paralysed whenever a guest approaches them with a question. I was there on an evening when it was snowing hevaliy from late afternoon until morning. In the morning the parking lot had about 15 cm. of fresh snow. By 9 a.m. nobody had bothered to shovel any of it so walking to the car in dress shoes meant they were soaked.

Bielsko Biala doesn't have much choice and this place altogether is fine with no major faults - just another 3-4 star business hotel with nothing special to write home about.

I'm the only one reporting on this hotel, which is a shame.

After a previous excellent review of the last and even more (5+) previous visits, it couldn't last!

Price has risen to a level where I can get better for less!

The rooms are still OK, but why oh why only 1 towel per day.

Didn't check out breakfast (dieting), but colleagues continued the complaint of the worst coffee ever tasted!

Dinner was bloody awful and following complaint, we didn't pay.

Time to look eleswhere, say Papuga/Jawor spas.
