Great and friendly staff. Instead of a standard room at the same price I got higher quality room. Room was very clean and spacious with very comfy bad! Breakfast was superb and various. This place understad all business travellers needs - for sure I will back there again!

storic hotel in Bielsko-Biała...reception very precise and careful !!restaurant in first floor very elegant !! i had one suite superior very big and also the bathroom big but without line of bathroom(shampo,shower gel) and i found hairs near the WC...you can find also frigobar with some snaks and small alchoolics and water...wi.fi very fast and free !!!breckfast is something of special i think 10 meters of buffet..super !!parking in front of hotel you have to 20 zloti !!!in total...only SPECIAL !!!

may be not the best hotel but seems to keep standard over years. It was only one night but the room I occupied was great cot tidy. Very quite. European restaurant unfortunately and Polish meals expensive. Free of charge parking place and internet connection.
